BRIDAL FAQ:
QUESTION: Do I need an appointment to look at bridal and bridesmaids dresses?
ANSWER: Preferably, yes. We have one hour appointments available for walk-ins, and a limit of trying on five dresses.
Deluxe appointments are two hours long, with an advance deposit in the amount of $50, charged at the time of booking your appointment. We close the store to all other customers during those two hours to give you personalized customer service and attention from our experienced staff, and unlimited accessibility to gowns. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you find and purchase your dress the same day, the deposit amount is applied towards your purchase.
QUESTION: If I happen to be looking, or have an appointment, and find a gown I love (and it loves me!), can I purchase it off the rack?
ANSWER: Of course you can!
QUESTION: Are wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, veils, headpieces, or accessories returnable?
ANSWER: Sorry, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
QUESTION: How long does it take to special order my size? Is a deposit required?
ANSWER: Since your dress is made to order, it could take anywhere up to 20 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. Once you say yes to your dress, we measure for a proper fit, and keep your measurements and desired dress's style number on file. A 60% deposit is required at the time of your order. The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon your gown's arrival. We will contact you when your gown arrives to schedule your fitting.
QUESTION: May I take pictures of the dresses I try on?
ANSWER: No, due to copyright infringement laws, this is not allowed. However, once your dress is ordered and the deposit is taken, feel free to take any pictures of your dress.
QUESTION: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
ANSWER: As a courtesy, please give 48 hours advance notice for deluxe appointments. We can easily reschedule your appointment, with your already received deposit. Please let us know if you are going to be late, as this may interrupt other appointments scheduled for that day.
QUESTION: Am I able to cancel my order once it is placed?
ANSWER: Sorry, all orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded. No exceptions.
QUESTION: How many people can be present at my deluxe appointment?
ANSWER: Preferably, one to two supporting friends or family members are best.
QUESTION: Are there measuring fees?
ANSWER: We provide measuring services as a courtesy, with the intent to buy. Otherwise, there is a $60 measuring fee per person, paid in advance.
We are not responsible for factory strikes, change in dye lots from fabric swatches, since some variation is normal.
Payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only. We do not accept personal checks, American Express, cashier's checks or traveler's checks.
Store hours: Wednesday-Saturday, 11AM-6PM, Sunday, 11:30-4PM, Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and major holidays. Private appointments are available upon request.
